Due to the nature of agricultural products, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged during transit, or
The wrong product was delivered
Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
Perishable or regulated items
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
